Ok guys iv found the BEST game recording software ever!! Its called wegame!
It has no lag what so ever, gr8 quality and its free!

FRAPS is what i use and i dont lagg or got any trubble with it.
u can downloade fraps legal from their website or the full verson my friend got on piratebay

but if u want HD u gonna need a lot of HHD space. i used 300BG on my external hhd with fraps clips only.

i have two 300GB ext hard drives to use as storage Very Happy

aswell as my 160GB iPod which i think if u mess around with some of its settings allows u to use it like a sole storage device

also lockdown, this isnt the same programme u sent me on ts is it? coz if it is, its a fail coz it is just a programme which records ur screen n when in-game its just a black screen, lets hope its different software though

fraps seems to work fine for everything but call of duty, dunno why. it never let me down, apart from when i was trying to record something in cod4

The best way I found to have fraps set up was to set it to record at the same fps as your game runs at.
